I’m Irene, a Digital Marketing Specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience across corporate and freelance work.My experience spans digital strategy, social media, SEO, content, digital advertising, email marketing, and creative execution. I enjoy working across both the strategic and creative sides of marketing, from understanding the objective and audience to developing the idea, executing the campaign, and looking at what the results tell us.Currently, I work as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Carlcare Service ILA, where I manage digital marketing initiatives across Indonesia. My work covers social media, SEO, digital content, customer engagement, campaigns, and performance analysis. Working in a lean environment has also taught me to take ownership, solve problems independently, and turn ideas into execution.Alongside my full-time role, I’ve been working as a freelance creative director since 2018, working with 20+ clients across industries including fashion, retail, education, property, food & beverage, and personal brands. My freelance work has allowed me to explore different approaches to strategy, branding, content, and communication while building long-term relationships with clients.I believe good marketing sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and understanding people. For me, the goal isn't simply to create something that looks good or gets attention.
